They are made of crystal and feature a diamond and wedge cut design. This might be a replacement piece.A Vintage Cristal d'Arques lead crystal toothpick holder or small vase, made in France. It is made of 24% lead crystal. The design features a hexagon shape with a textured, faceted exterior. It could be used for toothpicks, small floral arrangements, or as a decorative item. Cristal d'Arques and France are marked on the piece. There is a small chip on the rim.
